Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once the order is shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days.
International Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies based on destination and customs processing.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Free shipping may be available for orders over a specified amount (details available on our website).
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes for international shipments.
4. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to select countries. Availability will be displayed at checkout.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or restricted regions.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team at info@sailtopix.xyz.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs, or carrier issues.
If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
We will offer a replacement or refund based on our assessment.
